The 12 man squad for Kent is as follows: E Smith, D Fulton, T Ward, C Hooper, A Wells, C Walsh, M Fleming, S Marsh *+, B Phillips, D Headley, M McCague, M Patel Mark Ealham is missing due to bruised ribs, whilst Alan Igglesden is out of action due to a groin injury. David Fulton begins the game needing another 76 to reach 1,000 first-class runs for the 1998 season. The match starts at 11am each day with half-hourly reports on BBC Radio Kent. ----------------------------------------------- Kent CCC have said the 1999 fixture list is unlikely to be ready before the end of October due to the major changes in the domestic structure for next season. It will not be known until the final match of 1998 has finished who will be in which division of the National League, the 'Super Eight' and the early rounds of the Natwest Trophy. As England host the World Cup in 1999, the season will start two weeks early and there will be a complete break in domestic cricket between 4 May and 4 June.
