Marsh says he'll stay at Kent

Ex-Kent captain Steve Marsh has pledged his future with the county.
Speaking on BBC Radio Kent on Thursday, he said the reason for his
recent interest in signing for other counties, amongst them Middlesex, was
to try and "get the best for himself and his family." Under Marsh's
leadership in 1997 Kent achieved runners-up position in three of the four
domestic competitions, but following a less successful 1998 season the
Kent committee decided that Matthew Fleming should replace him at the
helm.
