Still No News of 1999 Overseas Player

Kent CCC are refusing to hint at the possible identity of the club's 
overseas player for the coming season. Speaking on BBC Radio Kent last 
week, Carl Openshaw, the club's newly elected chairman said: "We will 
be signing an overseas player, but we have been keen to ensure that 
we know is free of World Cup commitments, because obviously that's 
important. We obviously are in discussion but I obviously can't say 
anything at the moment."
