Kent's new captain Matthew Fleming says that all 
players in the side will be treated on an equal 
basis. Fleming, who arrived back from Bangladesh 
late last week, has phoned each the squad since his 
return. Speaking on BBC Radio Kent, the Kent and 
England all-rounder said he was keen to give both 
younger and more experienced players an equal 
opportunity to play.
