Havant have been members of the old Southern League since its formation in 1969 and together with South Wilts are the only ones to survive and gain SPL1 status. They have won the league six times, the last time in 1997.The club is very much community based and has run a colts programme for 30 years. It welcomes prospective members, senior or junior at any time.
