Each team to receive a maximum of 40 overs, with each bowler restricted to 8 overs and the bowler's run-up restricted to 15 yards.
If two or more teams finish in on the same number of points in any of the first three places, the positions will be decided on the most wins, or if still equal, the most away wins, or if still equal the highest average run-rate per over throughout the season. Counties with the same number of points in other than first three places share the position.

Points system:
Win: 4 points
Tie: 2 points
No result: 2 points

Prize Money
1st: 7500 pounds
2nd: 3500 pounds
3rd: 1800 pounds
Winer of each match: 150 pounds (shared in the event of a 'no result')

Sixes award: 275 pounds was awarded to the batsman hitting the most sixes in the season - R.O.Butcher of Middlesex, A.J.Lamb of Northamptonshire and M.A.Lynch of Surrey each hit 16 and shared the prize.

Bowling award: 275 pounds was awarded to the bowler with most 4 wickets in an innings in the season - A.M.Ferreira of Warwickshire achieved the feat on 4 occasions to win the award.
