Each team to receive a maximum of 40 overs, with each bowler restricted to 8 overs and the bowler's run-up restricted to 15 yards.
If two or more teams finish in on the same number of points, the positions will be decided on the most wins, or if still equal, the highest average run-rate per hundred balls throughout the season.

Points system:
Win: 4 points
Tie: 2 points
No result: 2 points

Four fielders (plus the bowler and wicket-keeper) must be within the area 30 yards from the wicket for each ball.

Prize Money
1st: 35000 pounds
2nd: 17500 pounds
3rd: 8750 pounds
4th: 4375 pounds
Winer of each match: 400 pounds (shared in the event of a 'no result')

Batting award: 3,000 pounds for the batsman who scored most runs in the season - S.P.James of Glamorgan with 815; 1,500 pounds for the batsman who scored the second highest number of runs in the season - T.M.Moody of Worcestershire with 797.

Bowling award: 3,000 pounds for the bowler who took the most wickets in the season - S.L.Watkin of Glamorgan with 32; 1,500 pounds for the bowler who took the second most wickets in the season - S.R.Barwick of Glamorgan with 30.
