Congrats to Canada on Winnig against BDesh. Sorry to see them throw away wickets against Kenya and giving away the game. My take is that they need a genuine left arm fast bowler that can provide some punch at the begining. I thought I saw a Left arm fast bowler when I was in Toronto Last summer shattering wickets all over the place. Maybe he is injured and that is why he is not in SA. Sanjay and Joseph are decent but dont have the speed to bother players of International class plus left arm is always harder to play. What can I say about the srilanka game: Canada still needs a lot of improvment. We Good luck Canada in the future fixtures.

congrats on your victory.. i think sattaur should be batting number 3, and chumney should on the bench.. sattaur has a better chance of playing his game when he is playing the pace,

Just a note to say our family want to wish you all the best for tomorrow's match against Sri Lanka ... some of us will be getting up in the middle of the night to watch you on pay-per-view television! We are so proud of you all in the matches so far. You have shown true spirit and such a love for the game. As an Englishwoman who has lived in Canada for over 20 years I tried to share my love of cricket with my kids as they grew, and my oldest son shares my enthusiasm for it. The two of us travel down to Toronto when we can to watch matches and we saw much of the ICC qualifying rounds in 2001. Needless to say we were very excited when the Canada team qualified to move forward! It's fantastic for us all to see you together, rom such diverse backgrounds, all representing Canada. Oh yes - and we must also say congratulations on that great win over Bangladesh! And then for your game against Kenya we were "watching" the play on our computer at a cricket website ... and again you all made a great showing. So ... we'll be getting up real early to REALLY watch you all tomorrow! No doubt my son will be sitting with his Canada flag ready to wave! Best of luck ... go out and play the way you all have ... our hearts are with you. Best wishes, Ann Andrusyszyn ... in freezing cold Ontario

This performance has enabled the world to watch what treasure Canada stores in cricket. Let us hope Canada continues and becomes the first North American country to gain one-day status.

Way to go boys ! I've always been intrigued by cricket but only ever to watch it from a distance or for a few minutes on TV. Since you proved that Canadians can actually do well at the sprot (I didn't know we even had a national team !) I'm gonna definitely check out the action close up ! again, congrats to you all ! C

To John Davison and the rest of the Canadian Team. Congratulations on your efforts so far in the World Cup, as an Australian living in England it has been great to see your your matches live on TV. I hope Canada are proud of your achievements because they should be. I am definately looking forward to the Sri Lanken & SA games. Kick some butt. PS. I'm glad I'm not the only one who had trouble picking your arm ball JD. Cheers.
