The only Kenyan batsman to put up a semblance of resistance was opener Ravindu Shah. Keeping his head when all about him were losing theirs, Shah went on to make 60 off 87 balls with the aid of seven fours. But the lack of a steady partner meant that his fine effort was destined to go in vain.
