Please refer to PBCC letter No.PBCC/02/30, dated 5-3-2002 on the above subject.

Pakistan Cricket Board has intimated that due to present scenario they are not in a financial position to render help to PBCC because of cancellation of tours of various countries. However, if the situation improves they will consider rendering help in 2nd World Cup for the Blind to be held in Delhi (India) during December, 2002.
