Subject: REQUEST FOR AIR TICKETS/FINANCIAL GRANT PBCC.

The undersigned is directed to refer to President's Secretariat O.M. No. 40(20)/SP-C/2000 dated 13th March, 2002 on the above subject and find enclosed a copy of Pakistan Cricket Board letter No. PCB/Blind/Lhr/01 dated 20th March, 2002.

2. PCB intimated that due to present scenario they are not in a financial position to render help to PBCC because of the cancellation of tours of various countries. However, if the situation improves they will consider rendering help in 2nd World Cup for the Blind to be held in Delhi. India during December, 2002.
