THE
AUSSIES' MISTAKE
Firstly
I would like to congratulate the Zimbabwean team on the good performances
against India. I also want to congratulate Geoff Marsh for finally instilling
the fighting spirit the team lacked.
In
my opinion Australia's decision to cancel the tour, despite assurances
from the government and the ZCU, is unacceptable. What more assurance
do they want? All the relevant authorities have assured them and their
decision is an insult to Zimbabwe. You might think I am overreacting but
it is quite clear that the ACB does not trust the ZCU's ability to provide
adequate security for their team.
