Notes:

1. Roller is the only player to have scored a double-century and taken
a hat-trick.

2. Procter's hat-trick against Essex was all 'lbw'.

3. James is the only player to have taken four wicket in four balls
and scored a century in the same match.

4. WG Grace (MCC v Kent, Canterbury, 1874) achieved this feat in a
12-a-side.  123; five for 82 and six for 47 (hat-trick).
