What a thrilling and well-deserved finish after confronting what seemed serious odds against Windies score! Zimbabweans salute a team of which we can all be proud for true grit, spirit, style and grace under pressure. We're rooting for you in the finals. Takis and Jean Himonides.

Brilliant show today boys - you can rightly be proud of yourselves - well done! Utterly nerve-wracking (not to mention very very cold) for the rest of us!

PS Why has the gorgeous Mr. Whittall shaved off his v. cute beard ? Is it coincidence that it happened just after his fiancee arrived ? Or does she wear the trousers ? Just how high do you jump Guy ?

Good luck next Saturday - and thanks to Andy Flower and Murray Goodwin for saying thanks this time!

Zim Zim Zimbabweeeeeeee. May be we are crap at at tests, but we are up there now in one dayers - if we can keep it up, we can be a force again at the next world cup!!!

after the soccer debacle on the weekend i thank the zimbabwean cricket team for bringing some smiles to our faces with their current perfomance on tour. there was a standing ovation for the players as the news filtered throug of the most recent successes which stand to show the world that we are a world class side capable of some fine cricketing perfomances. a win in the natwest final which we look set to get through to will definetly lift the spirits of many people for whom life right now could be the farthest from from pretty. so i sy to the zimbos come-on zimbabwe-e-e-e. ndizvo.

with zim beating the poms and darren gough playing in the game it is quite fitting for him to eat his words after rather snobish, unsporting comments obout zim after the last lest match zim lost .

Keep it up guys, you are really doing well. I hope the tour has been an enjoyable one and I hope you go back home with the trophy.I just have one question for Neil Johnson. Neil will you return to the Dolphins in the near future? As a Dolphins supporter it would be nice to see you play for them one more time.

Well done Zimbabwe for beating England. I think the team should show a little more respect for their fans by at least acknowledging us after the game - very poor show Zimbabwe on that front.

Congratulations to the Zimbabwe team! Fantastic win over West Indies - can't wait to see what happens next. Good Luck

With the situation of the Zimbabweans bowling attack, it just goes to show that it was a huge mistake to leave Blignaut out of the team.

To the Zim team - "Good luck in the ODI triangular series". I WILL be at Birmingham suporting you guys. SO SORRY to hear Murray Goodwin making a tough decision, but good luck to him and his family!

Dissapointed to hear that Murray Goodwin will be leaving Zimbabwe's team to play for WA.Will he be eligable to play the ODI's in Australia against the Windies & Aussies-the way things are going in Southern Africa it won't surprise me if more follow. Such a shame!
