(Colombo 5th ODI - 26 Jul 2001)
A late flourish from Daniel Vettori (19) and Dion Nash (42) helped New
Zealand along to 200 all out in 46.4 overs. Vettori raised the tempo
by swinging Harbhajan Singh over the mid-wicket fence for a huge six.
Nash was rock steady and played a stellar role with the bat. For a
player who is making a comeback into international cricket, it was a
masterly effort. Ganguly was easily the best of the bowling, 9-1-32-3.
Yuvraj Singh and Virender Shewag picked up a couple of wickets each.
