(Harare Final - 7 Jul 2001)
Sameer Dighe's heroics came a bit too late in the innings. Corey Collymore
had destroyed the Indian top order and also claimed the wicket of Sodhi,
who looked like stealing the thunder from the Windies. India finished with
274/8 in 50 overs, leaving Windies the winners by 16 runs. West Indies took
the Coca Cola Cup, a golden moment in Carl Hooper's reign as the captain.
Collymore was named the Man of the Match for his brilliant bowling (10-1-49-4)
