ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2009: Toronto, 1-13 September 2009

The ten top teams from the ICC's five regions have qualified for the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2009 to be played in Toronto, Canada, from 1-13 September 2009. At stake are six places at the 2010 Under-19 Cricket World Cup to be played in New Zealand in January 2010.

Hong Kong qualified for this tournament by winning the ACC Under-19 Elite Cup 2009 which was played in Kuwait during April/May 2009.

Teams qualifying for the tournament are:

  • Asian Qualifiers - Hong Kong and Afghanistan
  • African Qualifiers - Uganda and Sierra Leone
  • East Asia/Pacific Qualifers - Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu
  • Americas Qualifiers - Canada and United States of America
  • Europe Qualifiers - Netherlands and Ireland
