Bichel after a slow start that saw him score just 14 runs off his
first 42 balls, raised the tempo of his as well as Australia's innings
with a six off a freak Andre Adams delivery that pitched twice after
slipping out of the latter's hands. Soon the sluice-gates burst open,
as Bichel raced to his first ODI fifty off 70 balls (6x4,1x6).
'Barman' Bich, which is how his Australian team-mates call him, went
on to make 64 off 83 balls, equaling the highest ODI score ever by a
No 9 before falling in the final over.
