Zimbabwe v Netherlands - Action Replay

Shivnarine Chanderpaul was the backbone of the innings making 65 valuable runs. The left-hander was caught in the deep, attempting to clear the ground. Still requiring 60 runs to win and just three wickets in hand, Sarwan walked out to bat to a standing ovation and thunderous applause at Newlands. Sarwan was a man on mission; he flayed the ball to all parts of the field, hitting the ball cleanly. Sarwan found good support in Drakes, as they took West Indies to just 16 runs away from win with two overs to spare. And then Muralitharan took over, bowling a brilliant 49th over, giving away just the two runs. Sarwan tried his best - and after the 50th over bowled by Pulasthi Gunaratne, West Indies fell short by six runs. Vaas was named Man of the Match for his little cameo with the bat and the excellent bowling analysis of 10-3-22-4.
